ASU Hosts Research Capacity Building Workshops in Cooperation with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC)

As part of its ongoing efforts to develop the research environment and provide high-quality training opportunities for its students and academic and administrative staff, the University is hosting a series of research capacity building workshops delivered by the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), under the title: "NRC Research Capacity Building Workshops ".The workshops aim to build participants' capacities in the following areas:

 -  Conducting scientific research with refugees in accordance with ethical and research standards.

 - Understanding the nature of non-governmental organizations and their mechanisms of work.

 - Preparing participants for training on the fundamentals of working in the field of humanitarian relief.

The Norwegian Refugee Council, in cooperation with the University, will award certificates of participation to those who successfully complete the training requirements.

These workshops come within the framework of the University's commitment to strengthening partnerships with international institutions and equipping students and staff with research and professional skills that contribute to community service and responding to contemporary humanitarian challenges.
