International Relations Office

Achievements

The International Relations Office achieved a significant milestone by securing fourteen internationally funded projects under the Erasmus+ 2020 program, in collaboration with several European universities in Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Cyprus, and the United Kingdom, reflecting the university’s advanced academic standing at the international level.

Within the framework of International Credit Mobility (ICM) projects, these agreements enable the university to send students, academic staff, and administrative personnel to partner universities across Europe, while also hosting their counterparts from these institutions. This facilitates knowledge exchange, enhances academic capacities, and strengthens joint research collaboration.

The university also received funding for the project “Professional Diploma in Electric and Hybrid Vehicles Training”, in partnership with institutions from Jordan, Hungary, Germany, Spain, Greece, and Italy, aiming to support technical and vocational education and keep pace with rapid developments in clean energy and sustainable transportation sectors.

In 2019, the office was awarded a research grant from the University of East Anglia, targeting the sustainability of developing countries, with a focus on the development of pharmaceutical nutritional supplements in Jordan. This was achieved through an active partnership with the pharmaceutical industry, contributing to the utilization of local resources and the production of innovative nutritional supplements with both economic and health value.
