Dr. Tariq Abdelhamid Al-Majali is an academic specialized in Mechanical Engineering and Renewable Energy. He was born in Al-Karak Governorate, Jordan, in 1993. He obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering (Renewable Energy) in 2025 from Universiti Tenaga Nasional in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He earned his Master's degree in the same specialization from Mutah University in 2019, and his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Thermal Power and Energy) in 2016 through a full scholarship.
Dr. Al-Majali currently holds the rank of Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Engineering and Technology at the Faculty of Engineering at Applied Science Private University. He has been a member of the Jordan Engineers Association since 2016. His academic interests focus on Heat Transfer, Fluid Mechanics, and Concentrated Solar Energy systems. He teaches a wide range of courses in these fields, in addition to Renewable Energy subjects.
Dr. Al-Majali has an active research profile, having published several scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals indexed in major international databases such as Scopus and Web of Science. He has also participated in supervising undergraduate graduation projects and master's theses in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Engineering fields.
In addition to his teaching and research activities, Dr. Al-Majali actively contributes to academic and administrative committees, participates in curriculum development and quality assurance processes, and collaborates with international research teams specializing in renewable energy technologies.
