Dr. Ghaith Al-Hawajreh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Applied Science Private University and currently serves as the Head of the Department of Applied Engineering and Technology. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Valencia in Spain, and his Master’s degree from Mutah University in Jordan, in addition to a full scholarship to complete his Bachelor’s degree at Al-Balqa Applied University. He is a member of the Jordan Engineers Association. Dr. Al-Hawajreh teaches a wide range of courses, including Applied Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Power Systems, Strength of Materials, and Internal Combustion Engines. He has contributed to the writing and publication of numerous research articles in journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, and has supervised multiple projects and Master’s theses in the fields of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, Dr. Al-Hawajreh actively participates in several administrative committees, including the ABET Accreditation Committee, contributing to the development of curricula and the enhancement of academic program quality.
