With the aim of preparing students for the labor market and placing them in an environment similar to the work environment after their graduation, an oral exam was held for the pharmacy students within Training Course 2 on Wednesday 5/29/2024. A group of pharmacists who supervised the training of our students in pharmacies participated in this exam, where discussion took place between them and the students, under the supervision of the training course lecturers. At the end of the exam, observations and recommendations were shared with the aim of developing the training program further and better preparing students for the labor market. After that, the Dean of the faculty of pharmacy thanked the pharmacists, emphasizing the role of all pharmacists cooperating and supervising the faculty’s students in developing the pharmacy profession and transferring their expertise in pharmaceutical care. It is worth noting that the college seeks to survive. We are in contact with various pharmaceutical sectors with the aim of linking the faculty’s outputs with the requirements of the labor market.
