​As part of the Faculty of Pharmacy’s commitment at Applied Science Private University to providing an integrated educational environment that combines academic knowledge with practical training, and in collaboration with Ajeal Al-Ghad Academy for Training and Beauty, the Faculty organized a training workshop entitled “Fundamentals of Skin Science: Dermapen and Mesotherapy” on Thursday, 6 August 2026, at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Applied Science Private University.

The workshop aimed to introduce students to the scientific fundamentals of the skin, including its layers and functions, and to provide a scientific introduction to Dermapen and Mesotherapy techniques, their indications and contraindications, as well as the materials used in these procedures and mesotherapy methods. The workshop also featured a focused theoretical explanation and direct practical training on the use of the relevant devices and materials, helping to strengthen students’ practical skills and broaden their understanding of modern applications in skincare and beauty.

The workshop received strong interest and active participation from students in an educational atmosphere that successfully combined scientific knowledge with hands-on practice. Participants were also awarded approved certificates of attendance. At the conclusion of the event, student Sadeen Sweidan was honored in recognition of her outstanding efforts in organizing the event and her valuable contribution to its success. Through such initiatives, the Faculty of Pharmacy reaffirms its commitment to providing high-quality training opportunities that help develop students’ skills and enhance their readiness for professional life and the labor market.
