Active Participation of the Faculty of Pharmacy in the Health and Beauty Summit
The Faculty of Pharmacy at Applied Science Private University (ASU) attended the Health and Beauty Summit, held on September 17–18, 2026, at the Landmark Amman Hotel, and organized by Bella Vita, under the leadership of Dr. Faten Abu Ajamiyeh. The summit brought together a group of specialists and professionals interested in the fields of health, beauty, and the pharmaceutical sector.
Dr. Manal Ayyash, a faculty member at the Faculty of Pharmacy, participated as a member of the summit’s organizing team and contributed to managing several sessions. Her participation reflects the active academic and professional presence of the Faculty of Pharmacy in specialized scientific and professional events, as well as her contribution to supporting and ensuring the success of the summit.
The pharmacy students also played a distinguished and prominent role in supporting the summit’s organizing committee throughout the two-day event. The participating students were Sadeen Sweidan, Malak Hammad and Omar Jaber, who contributed to the organization and coordination of the event, demonstrating the students’ spirit of initiative, responsibility, and ability to work effectively as part of professional event-organizing teams.
The summit also witnessed the participation of a number of Faculty of Pharmacy students and graduates, who attended and actively engaged with its scientific and professional activities. Their presence reflected the continued connection between the faculty, its students, and its graduates, as well as their commitment to keeping up with developments in the fields of health, beauty, and the pharmaceutical sector.
The summit featured a series of valuable scientific and specialized lectures addressing various topics related to health and beauty, in addition to an exhibition featuring specialized companies and institutions. The exhibition provided participants with an opportunity to explore the latest products, services, and developments in the field.
Notably, a number of graduates of the Faculty of Pharmacy from the Applied Science Private University participated in the exhibition as representatives and delegates of several participating companies. Their presence highlights the professional contributions of the faculty’s graduates in the labor market and reflects the diverse career paths pursued by its alumni within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
The Faculty of Pharmacy’s participation in the Health and Beauty Summit reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its presence at scientific and professional events and providing opportunities for faculty members, students, and graduates to exchange knowledge and experiences, while building bridges of communication with institutions and organizations operating in the sector.
