As part of the Faculty of Pharmacy’s commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment and promoting the professional development of its academic staff, the Faculty of Pharmacy / Social and Cultural Committee organized a workshop entitled “The Connection Catalyst: Decoding Student Behavior,” on Thursday, 21/05/2026.
The workshop aimed to enhance faculty members’ understanding of student behavior and the factors influencing it, while strengthening effective communication skills that contribute to improved teaching and learning experiences. Participants were introduced to practical strategies for addressing behavioral challenges and building positive relationships that support students’ academic success and personal growth.
The workshop was delivered by pharmacist and trainer Farah Abu-Taleb, a graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Applied Science Private University and a specialist in psychology. Ms. Abutaleb witnessed active engagement from participants and provided a valuable platform for exchanging experiences and discussing best practices in educational communication, reflecting the faculty’s commitment to quality education and continuous professional development.
