As part of the Pharmacy Practice Group’s efforts to raise students’ awareness of matters related to pharmacy training, an open introductory workshop was held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the faculty of pharmacy titled:
“Pharmacy Training Guidelines.”
The group’s coordinator, Dr. Loay Saadeh, participated in the workshop, which was attended by Dr. Leen Fino, Assistant Dean for Training Affairs, Dr. Raja’ Al-Qudah, Coordinator of the Social and Cultural Committee, and members of the Pharmacy Practice Group. They discussed the latest updates to the new curriculum and highlighted the key points that students must adhere to, emphasizing the importance of following the training instructions and notifying their supervisors and coordinators of any issues that may arise.
Dr. Loay Saadeh led an interactive discussion with students on cases from the training database. The active participation and thoughtful questions from the attendees helped enhance awareness of training requirements, aiming to avoid errors and improve educational and training outcomes in the college — in line with the group’s adopted slogan: “Distinguished pharmacy training… is the best preparation for the job market.”
