Applied Science Private University (ASU) participated in the First Specialized Pharmaceutical Youth Forum in Jordan.
The Faculty of Pharmacy at Applied Science Private University took part in the activities of the First Specialized Pharmaceutical Youth Forum, held from October 2–4, organized by Dr. Mandala, under the patronage of the Regional Office of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (EMRpharm-FIP), and in partnership with the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) and the Jordan Pharmacists Association.
The forum brought together more than 300 participants, including students, academic experts, professionals, and decision-makers, in a distinguished event that served as a platform for exchanging ideas about the future of the pharmacy profession and professional development in the region.
It is worth noting that the Oncology 5 team won first place in the competition held on the sidelines of the forum. One of the team members was Rotana Zayed, a student from Applied Science Private University. The team was awarded a 10-day training scholarship at Shefaa Al Orman Cancer Hospital, one of the largest specialized hospitals in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
