Dr. Abdullah Obeidat is an assistant professor and industry expert specializing in industrial engineering, additive manufacturing, electronic packaging, flexible electronics and reliability systems. He holds a PhD and MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University.
His research focused on printed electronics and electronic packaging, specifically utilizing advanced additive manufacturing for radio frequency and aerospace applications. This includes high-temperature electronics, flexible electronics and embedded systems, optimizing manufacturing processes using statistical methods such as the design of experiments (DOE).
