As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen international partnerships and expand academic cooperation, Applied Science Private University has signed a joint cooperation agreement with Tishk International University in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This initiative was led by the Faculty of Art and Design.
The agreement aims to establish a long-term strategic partnership encompassing collaboration in higher education, the development of scientific research, and the exchange of students and faculty members. It also includes the organization of joint conferences, workshops, and cultural events.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Prof. Dr. Samiha Jarrah, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Sultan Abu Orabi, President of Tishk International University. Also attending were Prof. Dr. Idris Hadi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prof. Emad Al Fahmawee, Dean of the Faculty of Art and Design, and Lec. Inas Daradkeh from the Department of Design and Visual Communication.
This agreement represents a significant step in the University’s vision to enhance its academic and cultural presence both regionally and internationally through high-quality partnerships that foster excellence and creativity.
