The Faculty of Art and Design, represented by the Department of Interior Design, organized a field visit to the site of the 7th Interior Design Association Competition. The competition project involves redesigning a restaurant complex in the Fuheis area into a multifunctional space dedicated to study and work.
The visit was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Afaq Al-Ramahi, accompanied by Lecturer Alaa Al-Zoubi and several administrative staff members from the department. It was held as part of the course Interior Environment and User Behavior.
The main objective of the visit was to analyze the project site in terms of climate, architectural style, materials and colors, and natural landscape coordination. During the visit, students also had the opportunity to meet with the project designer, Eng. Oreib Abu Aisheh, which helped bridge theoretical learning with practical application and deepened their understanding of the project in preparation for their participation in the competition.
