The Fashion & Accessories Design Department at the Faculty of Art & Design, in cooperation with the Center for Faculty Performance Development at ASU, organized a specialized workshop titled “AI Applications in Scientific Research.” This initiative comes as part of the department’s efforts to enhance integration between advanced digital technologies & the fields of research and design.
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Tariq Al-Hasan, who discussed key AI applications that support the development of scientific research methodologies and open new horizons for researchers in creative design fields.
Held on Thursday, May 7th. 2026, in the Materials Lab, the workshop was attended by several faculty members, and featured active engagement and productive discussions, reflecting the importance of the topic in keeping pace with modern technological advancements.
