Creativity Embodied on Glass at the Faculty of Art and Design

​The Faculty of Art and Design at Applied Science Private University organized a glass painting workshop, delivered by Lec. Inas Daradkeh, with the participation of students from various disciplines. The workshop aimed to introduce students to the fundamentals and techniques of painting on glass, where they learned how to handle this delicate material, use its specialized colors, and explore a variety of methods and techniques to produce distinctive artworks.

The workshop was held every Thursday over several weeks and included intensive hands-on applications, enabling students to develop their artistic skills and refine their creative abilities. This experience resulted in a collection of remarkable works that reflected the diversity of students’ ideas and innovations, highlighting the extent of their benefit from the skills acquired throughout the workshop.

The Faculty of Art and Design is committed to supporting students and equipping them with artistic knowledge and practical skills that contribute to developing their creative capacities and nurturing their talents. This is achieved through organizing specialized workshops that provide space for experimentation and innovation, while strengthening their engagement with contemporary artistic practices.
