The Faculty of Art and Design at Applied Science Private University organized a specialized workshop in mosaic art, during which a collection of mosaic artworks is being created to decorate several entrances of the Faculty. This initiative aims to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the space while reflecting its artistic identity and spirit.
A number of students from various disciplines within the Faculty participated in the workshop, where they were given the opportunity to explore mosaic techniques and methods, and to apply them practically within an interactive learning environment that fosters their artistic skills.
The workshop commenced on Thursday, April 2, under the supervision of Lec. Mahmoud Salem and Lec. Mohammad Salem, and will continue until the full completion of the artwork within the Faculty of Art and Design building.
The Faculty of Art and Design remains committed to organizing such hands-on workshops, recognizing the importance of developing students’ skills and equipping them with artistic techniques that support their journey as professional designers who combine creativity with practical knowledge.
