The Faculty of Art and Design at Applied Science Private University participated in the “Visual Rhythms” forum organized by Baqa’a Association for Culture and Arts, with the participation of a distinguished group of Jordanian artists. The event aimed to promote artistic and cultural exchange and to integrate emerging creative talent with diverse artistic experiences.
The Faculty was represented by artist and lecturer Mohammad Sobuh, who showcased a collection of artworks executed in various modern styles. His works received great admiration from attendees, who praised their uniqueness and artistic value.
At the end of the forum, an art exhibition was inaugurated featuring nearly twenty diverse works presented by participating artists. The artworks reflected a range of techniques and styles, from modernism to abstraction to impressionism, highlighting the richness of the visual arts scene.
The exhibition was opened by Mr. Wasfi Al-Taweel, Director of the Royal Cultural Center, on behalf of the Minister of Culture and Secretary-General. The opening ceremony included honoring the participating artists in recognition of their artistic contributions.
This participation reflects the Faculty of Arts and Design’s commitment to supporting the artistic and visual arts movement in Jordan and strengthening its presence in serving the local creative and cultural scene, contributing to fostering an environment of creativity and affirming its mission to support and develop the arts at both the academic and community levels.
