As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting artistic and creative movements and enhancing its students’ presence in various forums, the Faculty of Art and Design at Applied Science Private University participated in the Al-Thuraya Art Exhibition, organized by the “Lamba” Cultural Initiative under the patronage of Her Excellency Dr. Haifa Al-Najjar, Member of the Senate.
The event witnessed a remarkable turnout from art and culture enthusiasts and featured several panel discussions addressing artistic and social issues, in addition to a fine art exhibition showcasing a rich and diverse collection of works employing various techniques and styles.
Layan Saleh, a student from the Faculty of Art and Design, presented an outstanding artwork using oil painting techniques, demonstrating a high level of mastery and aesthetic composition. Her work captured the audience’s attention and received widespread praise from the organizers and art lovers alike.
This participation reaffirms the university’s commitment to its pioneering role in nurturing young talents and providing its students with opportunities to engage in activities that reflect their creativity and highlight their artistic potential within Jordan’s cultural and artistic scene.
The event concluded with an honoring ceremony for the participants, in recognition of their contribution to enriching the artistic landscape—an important step that underscores the value of investing in young talent and supporting their continued creative journey.
