As part of ASU’s commitment to connecting its students to the job market, and enhancing their practical skills in line with modern developments in the fields of design and architecture, a collaboration agreement was signed with Smart Future House for Design Solutions, a leading company specializing in interior and exterior design services, as well as preparing architectural and engineering plans according to the highest standards.
This step reflects the university’s vision of preparing its students to compete in local, regional, and international job markets by giving them direct exposure to specialized professional expertise in areas such as space design, materials and finishes selection, and the execution of décor, architectural facades, and outdoor spaces.
Professor Emad Al-Fahmawe, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and design, emphasized that this agreement represents a significant addition to the academic programs offered by the faculty, noting that the university places great emphasis on the applied and practical training aspects of its students’ education, ensuring the preparation of a creative and qualified generation capable of keeping pace with contemporary demands.
The agreement was signed by Professor Emad Al-Fahmawe, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design, and Engineer Sara Jaradat, General Manager of the company.
Both parties affirmed that this collaboration represents a strategic step toward preparing a new generation of professional designers capable of competing in the local and regional job market, while providing exceptional educational opportunities aligned with the latest trends in design and the arts, thereby strengthening the university’s position as a leading educational institution in Jordan and the region.
