In a significant step towards empowering creativity and enhancing the integration between academic education and the creative industry, the Applied Science Private University, represented by the Faculty of Art and Design, has signed a cooperation agreement with Trixel, one of the companies under the UBTIC Group an industry leader specializing in digital and technological solutions, creative design, and smart marketing.
This partnership aims to open new horizons for students and academic staff by directly connecting them to the labor market, offering hands-on training opportunities, and joint projects. It also includes the organization of specialized workshops and the hosting of experts from the fields of digital and creative electronic design.
The signing ceremony took place on campus, in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Art and Design, Professor Dr. Emad Al-Fahmawee, Mr. Rami Al-Fuqaha representing Trixel, along with Dr. Ali Hammouri, Head of the Department of Design and Visual Communication, and faculty members Lec. Asma Al-Sayyed and Lec. Hadeel Quraan from the same department.
This agreement comes as part of a shared vision between both parties to develop students’ capabilities, refine their skills in real-world environments, and build effective bridges of communication between academic and professional institutions, contributing to the development of a future-ready generation.
