Dr. Rula Khuzaie is associate professor at Applied Science Private University. She earned her PhD in Biology from Bochum University in which she studied replication of HIV-1 in peripheral mononuclear cells and in cell-line cells. She worked at the central medical laboratory in Jordanian Ministry of Health for 2 years. Since 1993 she teaches in Applied Science Private University. Her research interests are searching for new natural products that have anti-cancer activity, in addition to studying factors that affect human metabolic activities.
