The competition was held in five rounds, in each round two teams competed, the first team represented the role of the Public Prosecution, and the second team represented the role of defending the accused, and each team pleaded for ten minutes in which it explained its arguments, opinions, and requests in the pleading, as the subject of the case revolved around the crime of accepting cash amounts, in order to vote, contrary to the provisions of Article (63) of the Election Law for the House of Representatives No. 4 of 2022 and in accordance with Article (26) of the Cybercrime Law No. (17) of 2023, the suspect published on his personal page on a social networking site a post in which he spoke about his possession a number of voters' votes in exchange for money for anyone interested in that.
