The Faculty of Law at Applied Science Private University successfully hosted the Fourth English Moot Court Competition for the academic year 2025–2026 on Sunday, 7 June 2026, under the supervision and organization of Dr. Lana Al-Khalayleh, Lec. Noor Khawajah, and Lec. Tariq Al-Hasan.
The competition featured eight teams competing in four rounds, with each round consisting of a Claimant Team and a Defendant Team presenting their arguments before a judicial panel composed of Dr. Dina Hamouri, Mrs. Yara Dgheish, and Mr. Mohamed Diab.
The moot court case addressed issues relating to the infringement of a registered patent, challenging participants to apply legal principles, conduct persuasive advocacy, and demonstrate excellence in legal argumentation in English.
