I obtained my Master degree in Nursing Service Administration from Jordan University of Science and Technology. Then, I have get a doctorate degree in Philosophy of Nursing from Jordan University in 2018. I have ten years of teaching experience; my area of research is quality improvement in healthcare settings and employee empowerment.
