I was born in Amman on July 16, 1967. I received my elementary, preparatory and secondary education in Amman schools. In 1982 I joined Yarmouk University and graduated from it in 1987. I received a bachelor's degree in administrative sciences. In the same year I joined the forces of the area and served there for 29 years. Upon graduation, Dean joined the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences
