Research Title :The effect of e-service quality on customers’ satisfaction in banks operating in Jordan: an empirical investigation of customers’ perspectives

Abstract :The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between the e-service quality dimensions and customer satisfaction of banks in Jordan. Using a structured questionnaire, the primary data was collected from 457 customers who had e-banking transactions with banks in Jordan. Multiple regression analysis was employed to test the research model and hypotheses. The research findings indicate that e-service quality dimensions such as website attributes, reliability, perceived risk, responsiveness and customisation have a positive and significant effect on the banks overall customers’ satisfaction and its elements individually. The findings also indicate that the strongest predictors, based on beta values, of e-service quality dimensions on the overall banks customers’ satisfaction and its individual elements are responsiveness, website attributes and customisation, respectively. Research results, conclusions, practical recommendations, contributions to e-service quality research and future research opportunities are also discussed.

Research Title :The Impact of Perceived e-WOM on Purchase Intention: The Mediating Role of Corporate Image

Abstract :The main objective of this research is to examine the impact of perceived electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on purchase intention; by taking the corporate image as mediating variable. This research adopted the customers' views; secondary schools students who are familiar and have an active account on one or more of these social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and Instagram). The conceptual framework of this study was tested using data gathered from the questionnaires directed to a total sample of 1000 students located in Amman. The statistical results of the multiple regression test indicated that eWOM quality, eWOM credibility, and eWOM quantity respectively; are significantly and positively impact purchase intention. In terms of the mediating role of corporate image the results indicated that corporate image mediate the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Accordingly, Research conclusion, recommendations and future research are also discussed.

Research Title :The Effect of Relationship Marketing on Customer Retention in the Jordanian’s Pharmaceutical Sector

Abstract :The major aim of this study is to analyze the effect of relationship marketing factors on customer retention through relationship quality in the Jordanian’s pharmaceutical business sector. This study adopted the customers' view; the retail pharmacists who are dealing directly with the pharmaceutical companies' suppliers. The theoretical framework of this study has been tested using data gathered from the questionnaires directed to a total sample of 500 retail pharmacies located in Amman and Zarqa. The statistical results indicated that communication significantly and negatively affects relationship quality. While seller expertise, which is the most influential factor within relationship marketing factors that affects relationship quality, has a significant and positive effect on relationship quality. The results of the comparison level of alternatives showed that it has a positive and significant effect on trust, no effect on satisfaction and positive but insignificant effect on commitment, while the dependence on seller indicated a positive but insignificant effect on commitment and satisfaction, while it has a significant and positive effect on trust. Regarding the results of cooperation, it affects trust and commitment significantly and negatively while it has insignificant and negative effect on satisfaction. The results of the effect of relationship quality on customer retention, showed a significant and positive effect of satisfaction and commitment on customer retention, while trust has insignificant effect on customer retention. Accordingly, research marketing implications, recommendations, and advices for upcoming research are also discussed.

Research Title :Determinants of Continuance Intention to Use Social Networking Sites SNS’s: Studying the Case of Facebook

Abstract :The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, perceived enjoyment, and subjective norms on users’ satisfaction and continuance intention to use Facebook in the Hashemite kingdom of Jordan. Using a structured questionnaire, the primary data was collected from 584 users’ who have an active Facebook accounts. Multiple regression analysis was employed to test the research model and hypotheses. The research findings indicated that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, perceived enjoyment, and subjective norms have a positive and significant effect on users' satisfaction and continuance intention to use Facebook. The findings also indicated that the strongest predictors, based on beta values, on both users’ satisfaction and continuance intention to use Facebook is subjective norms, and respectively; perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived trust. Research results, recommendations, and future research opportunities are also discussed.

Research Title :Factors Impact Customers Engagement in eWOM on SNSs of Non-Profit Organizations: The Moderating Role of Habit

Abstract :The purpose of this research is to investigate factors impact Jordanian customer engagement in electronic word of mouth eWOM on social networking sites SNSs of non-profit organizations NPOs. Through a thorough literature review, the researchers developed a framework to describe the relationships between the research independent, dependent and moderating variables. The research sample consisted of 367 respondents who only have running accounts on at least one of these SNSs (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram); and who also have had in seeking or sharing for information about one or more of theseNPOs in Jordan (king Hussein cancer center, tkiyet um ali and injaz corporation). Accordingly, multiple regression analysis has been used; the research findings confirmed that perceived trust in contacts on SNSs, customer involvement in SNSs and perceived usefulness respectively impact customers engagement in eWOM on SNSs of NPOs. Moreover, the moderating role of habit was also supported. Thus, the conclusions of this research, recommendations and directions for other researchers within the same field also have been discussed.

Research Title :The Effect of Employee-Based Brand Equity on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction

Abstract :Despite the limited financial resources in Jordan; the sector of higher education plays strategic and significant role in leveraging the economics wheel, knowledge and social level of the Jordanian citizens. Based on that, this research aimed to investigate the effect of brand knowledge, role clarity and brand commitment as employee-based brand equity (EBBE) dimensions on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the context of private universities in Jordan, likewise, to examine the role of job satisfaction as mediating variable. Methodologically; a self-administered questionnaire was developed based on previous measurements and related literatures, and has been distributed of a total sample of 680academic staff working in private universities at Amman. However, the multiple regression findings showed that; role clarity was the most effective predictor on organizational citizenship behavior, followed by brand commitment and brand knowledge respectively.

Research Title :Social networking sites and fashion E-purchasing process

Abstract :The Internet and social networking sites have provided many benefits to its users, because of its ability to connect large number of users all over the world; it is used as a marketing tool to promote different goods and services, including fashion. This study aimed to reveal the impact of social networking sites and their applications, e-word of mouth and e-reference groups in particular, on the epurchasing process of fashion products. This process undergoes five consecutive stages (need recognition, information search, alternatives’ evaluation, e-purchasing, post-purchasing evaluation). In order to achieve the objectives of this study, analytical descriptive method was used and quantitative approach utilizing survey strategy was applied to test the three main hypotheses developed based on the literature review. Questionnaire was developed based on the previous studies and electronically distributed to a connivance sample of 601 online fashion buyers who have active Facebook accounts. 427 filtered and screened questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS. Descriptive analyses and regression analyses were performed to describe and test the hypotheses. The study found that the ereference groups have slightly stronger impact on e-purchasing process in the fashion sector compared to e-word of mouth. The study recommended that e-stores should pay attention to consumers' experience to ensure positive feedback on social networking sites, and to the quality of information offered on fashion products. Recommendations for future research are provided.

Research Title :The impact of smartphone advergames characteristics on purchasing intentions: the mediating role of game involvement

Abstract :This research aimed to investigate the impact of smartphone advergames characteristics on purchasing intentions. Four dimensions were considered (irritation, entertainment, credibility, and informativeness). To achieve this aim, the researchers developed a model based on literature reviews and previous studies; a self-administrated questionnaire was designed and distributed over a convenience sample. The researchers used a quantitative method and a descriptive-analytical approach; the study sample consisted of 600 consumers, and 519 questionnaires were returned with an 86.5% response rate. Various statistical methods, including descriptive, simple linear regression, were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. This research’s key findings were that there is a statistically direct impact of irritation, entertainment, credibility, and informativeness on consumers’ purchasing intentions. Moreover, there is a mediating role of game involvement between advergames and consumers’ purchasing intentions. Hence, many Jordanian companies can use smartphone mobile advertising to increase sales and create product brand image among consumers. Smartphone advergaming provides numerous opportunities and challenges for advertisers in the current dynamic business environment.

Research Title :Factors influencing youths fashion leadership behavior of fashion retailing stores in Jordan

Abstract :Since consumer’s needs, wants, and preferences establish a cornerstone for developing new products, this research aims to determine the effect of hedonic shopping motivations of Jordanian youth’s fashion leadership behavior through a social psychology approach. Based on the diffusion and human motivations theories, six hedonic shopping motivations have been examined: (1) value shopping motivations; (2) gratification shopping motivations; (3) idea shopping motivations; (4) adventure shopping motivations; (5) social shopping motivations; and (6) role shopping motivations. A self-administered questionnaire has been developed to collect data from the research sample comprising 500 students from four private universities in Amman. Results showed that fashion leadership behavior is significantly related only to four hedonic shopping motivations: value shopping motivations, idea shopping motivations, social shopping motivations; and role shopping motivations, whereas gratification and adventure shopping motivations were found to not have a significant impact on leadership behavior. Research recommendations and future research were also discussed.

Research Title :The effect of psychological capital on team performance: The moderating role of leadership behavior in advertising agencies in Amman City

Abstract :This research aimed at identifying the impact of psychological capital dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience) on team performance at advertising agencies operating in Amman city. Moreover, the study examines the moderating role of leadership behavior on the relationship between the psychological capital and team performance. The researchers rely on descriptive and analytical approach, where the research population consists of all employees working in thirteen advertising agencies operating in Amman city. Convenience sampling technique was applied to distribute (250) questionnaires on the research sample. To analyze the research data; the researchers used a set of statistical methods including Cronbach's alpha along with a normality test, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, multiple regression, interactive hierarchical regression and process procedures methods using SPSS-V20 and AMOS-V23. The results indicate that there was a statistically impact of psychological capital dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience) on team performance in advertising agencies operating in Amman city. There was also a significant and role for leadership behavior as moderating variable between psychological capital dimensions and team performance

Research Title :Analyzing the role of social media marketing in changing customer experience

Abstract :Social media is becoming more and more popular as a medium for marketing and promotion. Banks, for example, have spent a substantial amount of time, efforts, as well as finances marketing their products. Nevertheless, figuring out how businesses may use social media marketing to reach customers and encourage them to remain loyal is really a challenge. Therefore, the study purpose is to identify as well as test the key sections of social media marketing that can anticipate improvements in customer experience. The conceptual framework was proposed using seven variables (performance expectancy, hedonic incentive, and habit) from the expanding Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2), as well as interactivity, information quality, perceived relevance and purchase intention. The research data was gathered through 437 questionnaires from banks customers. The validity of the existing model and the strong impact of performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, interactivity, information quality, and perceived relevance on customer experience were significantly supported by the primary results of structural equation modeling (SEM). This research should give marketers with a lot of theoretically and practically recommendations on how to organize and conduct social media marketing effectively.

Abstract :This research aimed at identifying the impact of (Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness, Perceived enjoyment and perceived trust), and examine the moderating role of subjective norms, on healthcare providers acceptance for digital marketing provided by the medical field companies. To achieve the goals of this research, the researcher relied on a descriptive and analytical approach. The research dealt with 400 healthcare providers, where the population consisted of all healthcare providers working in Amman, a convenience sample was chosen from the healthcare providers. Moreover, the questionnaire was the main tool for collecting data. Research Title :The impact of green marketing on consumers’ attitudes: A moderating role of green product awareness

Abstract :This study aims to determine the impact of green marketing (green perceived value), green products (green buildings), and environmental concerns on Jordanian consumers’ attitudes toward buying green buildings in Jordan. The research population includes all consumers in Amman, the capital of Jordan, who might be interested in buying such buildings. A convenience sample is used to collect data from the respondents by distributing the questionnaire among 400 consumers using Google Forms. 357 questionnaires were found valid for statistical analysis. The results of the multiple regression test showed that R equals 0.815, which indicated that green marketing and consumers’ attitudes toward buying green buildings in Jordan are positively and highly correlated, with a percentage of 81.5%. R square equals 0.664, indicating that the variation in green marketing explains 66.4% of the variance in consumers’ attitudes toward green buildings in Jordan. Moreover, the hierarchical multiple regression test showed that there is an increase in R and R2 values in the existence of product awareness as a moderating variable between green marketing and consumers’ attitudes toward buying green buildings in Jordan.

According to the evidence, incorporating prediction techniques strengthens the relationship between strategic decision-making processes and positive business outcomes. Comparing the effects of predictive modeling on company decision-making and online sales productivity in Jordan's internet retail sector, these findings are highly significant in various specialist circles and scholarly works pursuing similar lines of inquiry. Utilizing predictive methods, businesses can gain valuable insights to solidify their leadership position and enhance their market standing. By utilizing predictive analytics, Jordanian e-tailers can improve their marketing strategies, increase revenue, and foster continuous development through in-depth model analysis. This article analyzes in great depth how predictive modeling improves decision-making and achieves success in the fast-paced online retail environment.
