Dr. Talal Alroud is the former Chief of Staff, Notary Public, and Enforcement Officer at the Jordanian Ministry of Justice. He has worked as a legal advisor and expert, and has published several books and research papers on law. He holds a PhD in Civil Law from Mansoura University and was the first Arab researcher to submit a doctoral dissertation on artificial intelligence law to the Egyptian University Libraries Association in 2018.
