Dr. Salah Mohammed Al-Awaisheh holds a PhD in Private Law from Ain Shams University, Arab Republic of Egypt, with distinction. He currently works as an assistant professor of commercial law at the Faculty of Law at the Applied Science Private University, and a researcher specialized in the field of commercial laws (commercial law, electronic commerce, international electronic contracts, and commercial franchise). He has many scientific research papers published in international and scientific journals. He has been practicing law for more than ten years and is a member of the research discussion committees of trainee lawyers at the Jordanian Bar Association in several legal research papers. He holds a number of academic and practical certificates in the legal field.
