In line with the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Applied Science University and the Companies Control Department, the Faculty of Law organized a field visit on Thursday, April 16, 2026, to the Companies Control Department at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
During the visit, students enrolled in the Commercial Companies and Insolvency Law course were introduced to the process of company registration through the Department’s online platform, in keeping with ongoing digital transformation efforts. They also reviewed the key amendments to the Jordanian Companies Law and became familiar with the Department’s services guide and its approved forms.
Dr. Wael Al-Armouti, the Companies Controller General, emphasized the Department’s commitment to providing students with specialized knowledge and practical expertise, contributing to bridging the gap between theory and practice and enhancing their understanding of the legal work environment.
