As part of ongoing academic cooperation and the enhancement of scientific partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the Faculty of Law at the Applied Science University organized a field visit on Thursday, 15 April 2026, to the headquarters of the ICRC mission in the capital, Amman. The visit aimed to deepen students’ understanding of the pivotal role played by the ICRC in promoting and developing the rules of international humanitarian law.
This visit forms part of a series of joint activities that the Faculty is keen to implement in cooperation with the ICRC, with the objective of linking the theoretical aspects of international humanitarian law with its practical applications, and of strengthening students’ awareness of the importance of international legal rules in ensuring the protection of individuals during armed conflicts.
