​The Faculty of Law at the Applied Science Private University is proud of the significant and global achievement of Dr. Tareq Al-Billah, one of its distinguished faculty members, both locally and internationally. His scientific research has achieved global influence, placing him among the top 2% of researchers in the world for the second consecutive time. This list is published by Elsevier, in collaboration with researchers from Stanford University.

This list is based on a global study conducted in collaboration between a research team from Stanford University and Elsevier, and aims to highlight scholars who have made a significant impact in their academic fields.

The list adopts a set of strict criteria, including the number of published research papers, the number of citations, and research performance indicators such as the H-index. These criteria are evidence of the scientific impact researchers have on a global level.

It is worth noting that Dr. Tareq Al-Billah is the only legal researcher from the Arab world to receive this prestigious international honor. With this achievement, we congratulate our colleague Dr. Tariq on this remarkable distinction, wishing him further excellence and beneficial and useful scientific and cognitive contributions.
