The Faculty of Law participated in the Regional Arab Course on International Humanitarian Law, held from December 3 to December 9, 2024. The course was organized by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in collaboration with the League of Arab States and the National Committee for International Humanitarian Law in Egypt.
The event brought together officials involved in the application of International Humanitarian Law from various Arab countries, along with university professors and researchers. The Faculty of Law was represented by Dr. Ali Al-Hamouri, a faculty member.
The course, held in the Arab Republic of Egypt, aimed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles of International Humanitarian Law and enhance their capabilities to effectively contribute to its national implementation and the teaching of this law in their respective countries.
