On Sunday, November 24, 2024, the Faculty of Law hosted Dr. Munir Abu Al-Saman, President of the Jordanian General Practitioners Association, to deliver a scientific lecture on medical liability in Jordanian law.
The lecture was aimed at students of the "Special Criminal Law (1)" course and included a discussion on the Medical Liability Law and the Doctors’ Syndicate Law. Dr. Munir addressed both civil and criminal liabilities of individuals involved in therapeutic procedures, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and others, highlighting the responsibilities they bear while performing their duties.
