On Thursday, 4/18/2024, the Faculty of Law at the Applied Science Private University organized a field visit to the Companies Control Department at the Ministry of Industry and Trade. During the visit, students of the Commercial Companies and Insolvency Law course, accompanied by the course instructor, Dr. Lana Al-Khalayleh, learned about the mechanism for registering companies through the website in line with the digital transformation, and the most prominent legal amendments to the Jordanian Companies Law. The students also learned about the department’s services guide and its forms. His Excellency the Companies Controller, Dr. Wael Al-Armouti, confirmed that the department is interested in providing specialized expertise and knowledge to students, which enables them to link the theoretical and practical aspects.
