Dr. Noor Abuelrub is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Applied Science Private University, Jordan. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico, USA (2019). Her doctoral research focused on Social Network Mining and Machine Learning, with a dissertation titled “Promotional Campaigns in the Era of Social Platforms.”
Before joining academia, Dr. Abuelrub worked as a Data Scientist at the University of Kansas Medical Center (USA), where she led projects in clinical informatics, text analytics, and natural language processing (NLP) to advance healthcare research and data-driven decision-making.
At Applied Science Private University, her teaching approach integrates hands-on, experiential learning aimed at equipping students with the technical and analytical skills needed to thrive in today’s technology-driven world.
