Dr. Wi’am Aref Mosallam Khalayleh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the Applied Science Private University in Amman, Jordan. She obtained her Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in Digital Transformation from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2025, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Jordan in 2017, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Hashemite University in 2010.
Dr. Khalayleh has extensive academic and teaching experience, having taught various undergraduate courses such as Human Resource Management, Principles of Management, Organizational Change and Development, and Business Ethics. Her research interests focus on digital transformation and innovation, leadership, operations, and supply chain management.
She has published several peer-reviewed journal articles in reputable international journals addressing topics such as transformational leadership, digital competence, organizational culture, and job performance within the manufacturing sector.
In addition to her academic work, Dr. Khalayleh has participated in several professional development programs related to strategic planning, human resources management, and administrative development. Her commitment to research, teaching excellence, and community engagement reflects her dedication to advancing knowledge and fostering innovation in the field of business administration.
