Lec. Lama Alsmadi obtained her Master's degree in Quality Management from the University of Jordan and she obtained her bachelor's degree in management information system from the Yarmouk University.
She has experience in quality management field worked as quality controller at Jerash private university. She is working now as lecturer at the Applied Science Private University in Business Administration Department.
