As a dedicated Clinical Dietitian and Lecturer, I bring a wealth of expertise in human nutrition and dietetics, with a passion for improving health outcomes through evidence-based practice and education. With a Master's degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and ongoing doctoral studies in Dietetics, I’m committed to advancing knowledge and innovation in the field of nutrition.
My academic journey includes a Master's thesis focused on the assessment of the nutritional status of Jordanian celiac children, contributing valuable insights to pediatric nutrition and chronic disease management. Also, my interest in researching includes the functional food’s role in management and treatment of nutrition-related diseases. With four years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian in a nutrition clinic, I have provided personalized nutrition counseling and support to individuals with diverse health needs, honing skills in nutrition assessment, meal planning, and dietary intervention.
As a Lecturer, I bring real-world expertise to the classroom, engaging students with practical insights and evidence-based strategies in nutrition and dietetics. With a commitment to mentorship and professional development, I am looking to inspire the next generation of dietetic professionals to excel in their academic and clinical endeavor.
Driven by a passion for research and innovation, currently I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Dietetics, with a focus on advancing scientific inquiry and improving patient care. Through doctoral studies, my aim is to contribute to the body of knowledge in dietetics and empower future leaders in the field.
