The Applied Science University Life Support Center held the BLS Instructor Essential Course

The Applied Science University Life Support Center held the BLS Instructor Essential Course as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the skills and competencies of ASU academic staff and healthcare professionals in Basic Life Support and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

The course was conducted under the supervision of regionally AHA accredited instructors, including Ms. Asmaa Al-Sharif from the Ministry of Health and Mr. Loay Sahawneh from the Specialty Hospital, with the participation of Dr. Elham Othman from the Faculty of Nursing at Applied Science University, and in cooperation with Dr. Laith Khairy, a certified instructor from the Jordan Olympic Committee. The program combined advanced theoretical instruction with hands-on practical training in accordance with the latest approved standards.

The course aimed to qualify participants as certified BLS instructors by enhancing their teaching, assessment, and course management skills, ultimately contributing to improved healthcare quality and emergency response readiness.

The Applied Science University Life Support Center reaffirmed its commitment to organizing specialized training programs in collaboration with national and academic accredited institutions, in support of the healthcare sector and community service.​​
