Najy is a full-time lecturer at the Technical College, Department of Garment Production Technology and Accessories. He specializes in Fashion Design and Textile Technology and has over twenty years of professional experience in fashion design and the management of tailoring and knitwear workshops. He holds a Diploma in Textile Technology and Fashion from Al-Balqa Applied University – Al-Husn Engineering College, and has extensive expertise in designing men’s and women’s apparel and managing production lines. He also possesses international experience through travel to several countries for commercial purposes related to garment and material importation, in addition to visiting and participating in numerous specialized fashion exhibitions. Throughout his career, he has held various positions in design, technical supervision, and workshop management, and is distinguished by strong leadership skills and the ability to integrate academic and practical knowledge in delivering contemporary, industry-oriented education to students.
