The Department of Quranic Recitations and Interpretation at Applied Science Private University held its First Scientific Day under the patronage of Her Excellency Prof. Samiha Jarrah, President of the University, and in the presence of Prof. Abd Al-Salam Al-Fandi, Dean of the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Studies, along with a number of distinguished scholars.
The event included complete recitations of the Holy Qur’an according to various canonical readings, honoring certified reciters and scholars, announcing the new Syntax Qualification Program, and featuring poetic performances by faculty and students. The University President praised the department’s achievements in its first year, reaffirming the university’s commitment to serving the Qur’an and the Arabic language.
