Strengthening contact and communication with alumni wherever they live , guiding and advising them in finding the best job commensurate with their specialization via continual coordination with the institutions of the public and private sectors .

Mission

 Providing a database on the institutions of the public and private sectors in all fields , activating contact and cooperation with them , providing them with the names and specializations of alumni and following up alumni in the location of their jobs and the posts they hold .

Nature of the Bureau Work

The Bureau provides companies and institutions with the names and telephone numbers of alumni round the year , where these companies and institutions contact the bureau to provide them with a list of alumni in certain specializations . The bureau , in turn , provides these companies and institutions with the names , addresses , telephone numbers of alumni in the specializations required by these companies and institutions in order to contact them and fix dates for interviewing them for appointment.

Duties

1. 1- To build various contact and communication channels for enhancing the relationship of the alumnus with his university and cooperation which aims at serving alumni , the university and the domestic community .

2. 2- To contact effectively companies and institutions .

3. 3- To help companies and institutions looking for employees to access university alumni easily and smoothly to select the suitable employees .

4. 4- To help ensuring job opportunities for alumni commensurate with their specialization .

5. 5- To follow up job situations of alumni in terms of the suitable nature of the job to the specializations available in the university .

6. 6- To build an electronic data system via building an alumni database .

7. 7- To make the electronic site available to alumni in order to facilitate recording their curriculum vitae in the database .

8. 8- To announce jobs required by companies and receive orders from companies that have job vacancies.

9. 9- To publish a periodical or a bulletin containing news of interest to alumni .

10. 10- To provide alumni continually with new knowledge in the fields of their specialization in order to promote their scientific and vocational skills .

11. 11- To hold an annual alumni day to which all alumni are invited .
