Dr. Nisrein Alkhatib earned a Bachelor degree in Nursing from Hashemite University- Zarqa, followed by a Master’s degree in Nursing Services Administration from Jordan University Science and Technology in Irbid. Recently she obtained her Ph.D.in Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science from University of Jordan in Amman. Over 7 years she worked as staff nurse offering direct patient care at Cardiac Care Unit and burn ward at Jordan University Hospital, where she gained the valuable and extensive direct patients care experience. In addition to clinical experience, she has over 8 years of experience as clinical instructor at faculty of nursing /University of Jordan, where she supervised the undergraduate nursing students in various clinical courses such as nursing leadership and management, health assessment, and fundamental of nursing health. Her diverse educational experiences have greatly shaped her teaching effectiveness and advanced her research practices.
