I received my first nursing degree from the University of Jordan in 2013. I worked mainly in King Hussein Cancer Centre with children and adolescents in the Intensive Care Unit. After that, I received my MSc in Advanced Paediatrics from King’s College London in 2015. That course led to my interest in further studying individuals with chronic conditions, especially diabetes which became the focus of my doctoral research. I got my PhD in 2019 from the University of Manchester, UK. I am interested in researching children, adolescents, and young adults with chronic conditions; moreover, I am interested in researching topics related to women's health using different research methodologies and especially grounded theory methodology.
