At the University of Petra, Dr. Aljaber served as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, where she played a key role in international rankings, accreditation processes, and academic program evaluation. Previously, she was a lecturer and Head of the E-Learning Department at Amman Al Ahliya University, where she designed and implemented innovative digital learning strategies.
