Having taught at Petra University, Al-Balqa Applied University, and Middle East University, she has developed a deep understanding of Jordan’s higher-education landscape and the evolving needs of students preparing for the job market. Her extensive background in consultancy, leading diverse research and strategic studies across multiple industries, combined with managing her own digital marketing agency, has given her first-hand insight into both local and international market demands. Driven by passion and grounded expertise, Dr. Barakat is committed to shaping the next generation of marketing leaders equipped for real-world success.​
