Dr. Saed Mustafa is an Associate Professor at the Applied Science Private University. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Al al-Bayt University, followed by a master’s and Ph.D. in Management and Marketing from Universiti Utara Malaysia. With more than 13 years of academic experience, he has worked in Malaysia, Bahrain, Oman, and Iraq, and has held several leadership positions at institutions in Oman and Bahrain.
Dr. Saed specializes in strategic planning, quality assurance, operational action plans, and recruitment. His research interests include corporate social responsibility (CSR), marketing strategies, human resource management (HRM), entrepreneurship, green marketing, and technology marketing. He has also published and reviewed papers for international journals and conferences.
In addition, Dr. Saed possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and academic accreditation. His expertise covers institutional and program accreditation, and he has served as a Program External Examiner for MBA programs at both the University of Technology, Bahrain, and the Royal University for Women, Bahrain. He has been actively involved in NECHE accreditation, AACSB accreditation, and the European Accreditation Council for Business Education (EACBE) processes. Moreover, he has served as a Non-Academic Program Internal Examiner at the American University of Kurdistan and as an Examiner for the Oman Research Council.
