He earned his Ph.D. in Finance and Risk in 2020, with a specialization in Assets and Liability Management (ALM) and Risk Management, from Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) in the United Kingdom.
Dr. AlNaimi holds both an MSc and a B.Sc. in Finance and Banking, bringing a strong academic background to his teaching and research. With over ten years of professional experience in the banking industry, he has worked at both commercial banks and the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ), providing him with practical insights into the financial sector.
