SUSTAINABLE ALTERNATIVES FOR THE FLOORS AND WALLS' COVERING IN THE RESIDENTIAL HOUSES AT JORDAN: INVESTIGATIVE STUDY
Authors : anas shamaileh
Abstract : The Sustainable interior design practices are seeking for novel solutions during materials selection process. Despite the wide spread of various artificial materials implemented in finishing, the need and dependence on natural material is still of great importance for the sustainable interior design practices. The current paper considered this topic by investigating the role of limestone, and Travertine in particular, as a sustainable alternative for covering the walls and floors of the residential houses in Jordan. The study methodology included two phases: during the first phase a thorough review was undertaken to outline the main features of using limestone as a building and finishing material for houses along with the requirement of sustainability. The second phase included conducting semi-structured interviews with two professionals in the fields of interior design and limestone Industry. The findings of the current work revealed that limestone in general and Travertine in particular hold significant features for walls and floors' covering of the residential houses in Jordan and can be considered as an alternative sustainable material because of its durability, adequate coast, appearance and colors, and availability.

Reconsidering the criteria of the healthy house's interior design during crises: COVID-19 pandemic as an example
Authors : anas atef shamaileh
Abstract : Purpose- The advent of Covid-19 pandemic brought various and radical changes at the worldwide level. Globally, severe preventive measures were imposed in order to respond to the crisis such as lockdowns which forced the people to quarantine themselves inside their houses for longer periods. This issue stressed the crucial role of healthy houses in providing the various needs of residents during crises. The current study aimed to investigate the health criteria of the houses' interior design that qualify them for meeting the residents' needs during crises. Design/methodology/approach- The study methodology adopted both inductive approach and a Study Application Model in order to define the Healthy House Criteria and fulfill the study objectives. Under the inductive approach a holistic literature review was undertaken while the Study Application Model implied defining the conception of the overall Criteria of the Healthy House's interior design under covid-19. Findings- The finding of the study showed some areas needed to improve current healthy house's criteria in terms of its interior design that may be utilized to cope with potential crises such as Covid-19. Based on the revealed findings, the researcher suggested a conceptual framework for healthy house's criteria and further research areas. Originality/value- The current research may provide applicable framework for both interior designers and households in terms of how to design and implement a healthy house, which is valid to accommodate residents during potential crises such as Covid-19.

Research Title :Critical analysis of ergonomic and materials in interior design for residential projects
Authors :Anas Atef Shamaileh
Abstract :As a guide and reference for designing living room furniture, this paper presents a critical analysis of ergonomics and materials in residential building interior design in Amman city, using an anthropometric database for Amman population as a guide and reference on designing living room furniture; this furniture was examined for comfort, as well as for reducing the rate of physical problems among living room users. To estimate the proportions of the utilized spaces, buildings, and any form of material and different riggings made for the users, anthropometric measurements were taken. First and foremost, while designing a system from an ergonomic aspect, one must consider the dimensions of the person who will be utilizing and participating in the system. As a result, anthropometric measurements are the most important ergonomic data to collect during the redesigning process. The outcomes of a study done on the data gathering by a 19-part body are also given in this study, which is based on anthropometric data and is based on anthropometric data. Various measurements of furniture used by Amman inhabitants in their living rooms were taken at the same time to compare them to existing furniture dimensions and materials to identify the ideal furniture dimensions based on anthropometric data, all at the same time. The conclusion of this study is an investigation of the use of ergonomic and materials in interior design for residential projects

Research Title :Study and investigate perceptions of Jordanian college students on the golden ratio proportions
Authors : Anas Atef Shamaileh
Abstract :We concentrate on the importance of the golden ratio in the implications of interior design in this paper. The current study aimed to evaluate college students' perspectives toward employing interior designs based on golden ratio proportions. We adopted a quantitative research methodology to identify Jordanian university students' perceptions toward using interior designs based on the golden ratio. Perceived pleasure and comfort are two quantitative indicators utilized in research and development. The outcomes indicated that the participants' reactions were significant because they judged the golden ratio-based forms to be more appealing and comfortable than the normal ones. We employed statistical techniques to analyze the data, and based on the results, we evaluated the influence of golden ratio proportions on the perceptions of Jordanian college students. Based on the findings, the researcher suggests that the golden ratio be given more attention in interior design and higher education applications

Research Title :Independent Video Steganalysis Framework Perspective of Secure Video Processing
Authors :Anas Atef Shamaileh, Heba Emad, Fitian Shafeeq, Hayder Mohammed qasim, Milind Eknath Rane
Abstract :We have designed an algorithm of cross-domain feature set extraction for cross-domain video steganalysis of video steganography in multiple domains. For video steganography, we implemented the recently proposed steganography methods such as PMs, MVs, and IPMs. The outcomes of these techniques have fed as input to the proposed Steganalysis approach. We have designed a cross-domain technique for Steganalysis in which the global feature set is extracted according to common statistical properties. After the extraction of global features, the domain-specific features have been extracted in the local features set. Both global and local features are set to form the cross-domain steganalysis technique. The classification has been performed by using the conventional machine learning classifiers such as Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN)

Abstract :Cloud‐based Electronic Health Records (EHRs) have seen a substantial increase in usage in recent years, especially for remote patient monitoring. Researchers are interested in investigating the use of Healthcare 4.0 in smart cities. This involves using Internet of Things (IoT) devices and cloud computing to remotely access medical processes. Healthcare 4.0 focuses on the systematic gathering, merging, transmission, sharing, and retention of medical information at regular intervals. Protecting the confidential and private information of patients presents several challenges in terms of thwarting illegal intrusion by hackers. Therefore, it is essential to prioritize the protection of patient medical data that is stored, accessed, and shared on the cloud to avoid unauthorized access or compromise by the authorized components of E‐healthcare systems. A multitude of cryptographic methodologies have been devised to offer
