Dr. Majida Al-Wraikat is a Jordanian researcher born in 1989. She holds a Ph.D. in Food Chemistry and has extensive experience in teaching, research, and scientific publishing. She previously served as Deputy Head of the Nutrition Department at Al-Essra Hospital. Majida is fluent in Arabic, English, and Chinese. She currently works as a Doctor (Faculty Member) at the Applied Science Private University in Jordan, focusing on food chemistry, functional foods, and nutrition research.​
